By purchasing any package you are agree on the below policies:
1- We only allow 1 free test per user any of our service, if our system detect 2nd free test code then your device will be locked by server and you will be fully responsible for your loss.
2- We are a familiar IPTV Service, that’s why We don't provide Porn/Adults contents at all.
3- Re-stream / Re-share is not allowed, if the system detect any attempt of re-streaming the users will be banned immediately without refund and will not unbanned.
4- Supports Language (Only English for now)
5- Supports trying to do their best to fix any issue reported, but kindly we ask reports to double check reports before delivering it to team, otherwise your ticket will be ignored & closed.
6- One subscription for one device only else will be banned by server and will not be unbanned at any cost and no refund.
7- If someone open dispute with PayPal, they will lose both money and remaining months’ subscription permanently because digital goods are non-refundable, if you have any issues please let us know.
8. Respect your provider else will be banned permanently without any refund.
9. Zero refund after purchase because those codes are non refundable and cannot be sell to someone else. if you have any issue please let us know.
10.ISP problem: if you buy the subscription and later on discovered that your ips is blocking your internet to connect our server then you have to change the ISP or VPN at your own cost no refund will be given.
11.Faulty Device: no refund you have to change your device
12.Channel not working: you don’t need ask refund simply let us know which channel is not working and we will fix it in 24hr-48hr
13.VPN: VPN customers must have their own VPN to access our service otherwise no refund will be given.
14. During the service down will keep calm, shows patience and wait until the service restored fully in resumable conditions.
15. Every country have point of about IPTV SERVICE like pirate IPTV services. Company will not be able to refund any money if its ever taken down by any of reason. buy at your own risk. Thanks
